By utilizing acslXtreme’s powerful and open API, an acslX model is able to be accessed by Simulink’s C-MEX S-functions. This allows users the ability to embed an acslX model into the Simulink environment. Fully embedded, acslX models can utilize and provide input and output data between the Simulink portion of the model and the embedded acslX model. Allow the acslX’s internal ODE Solver to do the work which offers the full functionality of the acslXtreme simulation engine or use acslX submodel for derivative calculations only.

The acslX Simulink Interface builder will inquiry the compiled acslX model and guide the user through the process of creation of the required Simulink files. It produces a custom Blockset containing the acslX model block.
