does the Professional acslX License include?
Software:
Perpetual use of a single-user license for acslX, Toolkits, Simulink
and Excel Interface. You
are also eligible to receive all software updates as they are
made available within the 12 month period of the maintenance
cycle.
Technical
Support: You will receive expert service within 1 business
day of your request from our experienced support personnel. The
support staff is highly trained in the modeling and simulation field,
with over 20+ years in combine experience. Our support staff is
available from 9 am to 5 pm (Eastern Time Zone) Monday through Friday,
via email or through our toll free number. License
files: If you need a new license file for whatever reason
and are covered under maintenance, we will be glad to send you a
new license file in most cases the same day you request it.
